What Moveat is
Moveat helps you choose a meal, treat, or drink as a motivation for movement. You can review an approximate food estimate, build a Movement Reserve from eligible activity, and apply that reserve to a planned goal or a neutral catch-up loop.
What Moveat is not
Moveat is not a food diary, calorie tracker, diet plan, workout planner, medical device, clinical service, nutritional prescription, weight-loss program, or guarantee of any health result. Estimates and device activity data can be incomplete or wrong. Do not use Moveat for an emergency, diagnosis, treatment decision, or medical advice.
Using the app
You must provide accurate information where needed, keep your sign-in methods secure, and use the app lawfully. You remain responsible for the decisions you make about food, movement, permissions, and health data. Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, interfere with service operation, or access another person’s records.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Some app features require the verified Moveat subscription shown in Apple or Google billing. Prices, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are governed by the relevant store’s terms and the offer shown at purchase. Canceling an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Firebase, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AI providers, and health frameworks are third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.
Estimates and activity
Moveat uses approximate estimates and normalized activity summaries. It does not promise that movement cancels food, that a goal is nutritionally meaningful, or that a device’s number is exact. Recorded activity and manual activity are labeled according to their source where it matters.
Availability, changes, and termination
Features may change, be paused, or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We may suspend access for abuse, security, billing, or legal reasons. You may delete your account in the app; deletion is described at /account-deletion and in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Moveat, its wordmark, Bao, visual system, software, and content belong to Moveat or its licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms and applicable law.

The service is provided as available and without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
