Delete from the app
Open Moveat and go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete account. Confirm the action after reviewing the warning. Deletion is irreversible and immediately locks access to the account.
What is deleted
We begin deletion of the Firebase identity, preferences, food estimates, goals, catch-up loops, Movement Reserve, history, normalized activity summaries, and entitlement state associated with the account. The target completion time is seven days.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Moveat account does not cancel an Apple or Google auto-renewing subscription. Cancel it through the relevant store before or after submitting the deletion request to avoid future charges.
If you cannot open the app
Email help [at] mouchegmouradian.com with the subject “Moveat account deletion request.” We will verify that you control the account before starting the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, precise location, speech audio, or full health exports. This fallback is for users without app access; it is not a replacement for the in-app deletion control.
Legal retention
Some limited records may remain when a law, fraud-prevention duty, billing reconciliation, or security investigation requires it. We will delete or de-identify those records when the requirement ends.
